Plans approved for Saint Charles Residences! Congratulations to Vector XO Development! Saint Charles Residences is a project of two single-family units on a 5,000 SF lot located just southeast of downtown Houston. Our design was guided by the desire to maintain a connection to the outdoors, to the views, and to provide natural lighting indoors. We achieve this with balconies, a rooftop deck, and a slight angle to the front façade. The angle and window placements point the living room and bedroom views towards the downtown skyline. We are excited to break ground soon.
